Hi everyone,
This place is meant to be a creative outlet for Football Manager related casual content that will enable more people to get involved in contributing blog posts.
We had the idea to kick-start this blog back in 2015, but never had enough time to get it going. As of 2024, the plan remains the same; bring this place to life.
Casual content means shorter articles that tackle everyday things about the game.
Here is a list of some recommended topics:
1. comment on new features
2. share opinion on the game itself
3. compile brief lists of good players
4. write about fun challenges to try
5. list favourite addons (available on FM Scout, SI Forums or Steam Workshop)
6. talk about how you approach the game
7. share fun/remarkable gifs/videos from your saves
8. do written versions of videos on the previous 7 topics
The list above is just a suggestion and is in no way exhaustive. If you wish to write about a different topic that you feel it suits this blog, by all means you can go for it.
For those of you who are interested in contributing articles, here are 5 things to remember:
- pick a good title; one that matches what people could be searching for on Google
- make sure the keywords from the title are repeated 3 times in your main text
- use at least 1 image so the post will get a thumbnail
- type a matching URL alias for the post
- write at least 150 words in the text
For any questions regarding this blog you can send a message to the FM Scout page on Facebook.
Cheer up and talk FM.
